Husband and wife team, Tom and Gabby Ferolla, are passionate when it comes to building homes. Tom started in the building industry as an apprentice Plasterer and worked in the family plastering business for 20 years. He returned to night school and obtained his Diploma of Builder’s Registration and formed Promenade Construction with wife, Gabby, in 2009. Tom’s invaluable hands-on experience together with his keen eye for detail, ensures Promenade Construction delivers uncompromising quality to clients.
Gabby comes from a family predominantly involved in the building industry. She has a professional background in administration and accounting. This makes her well-equipped for her role as Office Manager, overseeing accounts, purchasing, contract administration, sales and client liaison. Although not formally qualified, she has a flare for interior design and assists clients with the selection of finishes and colours.
Together, this dynamic duo are committed to each and every project, constructing each home as if it is their very own. When you deal with Promenade Construction, you are dealing direct with the owners, builder direct in fact. Tom and Gabby are involved with your home from start to finish and personally oversee each stage of construction. They’ll maintain high communication throughout the build to keep clients informed throughout the entire process. They’ll always be honest, straightforward and ethical and have the best interests of clients at heart.

From the very beginning of a building project we will guide you step by step through the initial design phase, obtaining the necessary development approvals, through to the selection of materials and finishes.
With our extensive hands-on experience, we are able to assist clients in a personalised and individual manner. Our philosphy is to make the entire experience a positive one. We communicate with you, keeping you informed of the development application, of any changes that may be required, of when approval is granted. We will keep you informed of the construction process, advising you when the slab is down, when you can expect the bricklayers to commence, when we anticipate the roof to go on. Our philosophy is to work with you the whole way to make it as smooth as possible. With our knowledge and experience, we ensure the build proceeds as quickly, timely and as hassle-free as possible.

From the design, to approvals, to the construction, Tom and Gabby took care of the entire process. Undertaking a unit development can be stressful to say the least and particularly when you have little experience.
